Afternoon Tea
Relax and enjoy the most talked-about Afternoon Tea in town, available daily. On weekdays, choose from an array of sandwiches a tasty assortment of cakes, pastries, chocolates and freshly-baked Belgian waffles with cherries and whipped cream. Come weekends, feast on an added spread of salmon sashimi, sushi and local favourites such as Dim Sum, Soon Kueh, Congee, Carrot Cake and Chwee Kueh in our International Afternoon Tea.

Sup on old favourites prepared by ‘Ah Huat’ - the original chef of our famous Porridge Buffet, now at the relaxing surroundings of La Terrasse. The spread includes Crispy Bean Curd Skin, Braised Peanuts, Soya Bean Fish, Sweet & Sour Pork, Fried Mussel with Sambal, Sambal Sotong and our Signature Pork Belly simmered in Palm Sugar braised to perfection, as well as Chef’s new dishes. There is also an à la minute Porridge Station which serves four different kinds of porridge.
